Banking Collections and Customer Service Associate

A full-time onsite role in Portmore, Jamaica handling inbound and outbound calls for loan collections and customer service, including payment arrangements and delinquent accounts. It requires flexible shift availability, onsite training/work, and Jamaican identification documents.

• Handle inbound or outbound calls with existing customers
• Educate customers on account status and payment options
• Attempt to secure payments or payment arrangements
• Contact or attempt contact with delinquent customers
• Overcome customer objections about payments
• Maintain positive relationships with the Loan Servicing team
• Meet or exceed production goals

• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum 3-4 CXC/GCE/City & Guilds subjects including English, or US high school diploma/GED
• Valid government-issued ID, TRN, and NIS card
• Pass criminal background check and drug test as needed
• Flexible availability for any assigned shift, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to train and/or work onsite
• Customer service experience preferred
• Basic PC keyboarding and Microsoft Office experience required

In Egypt it runs large contact centers in Cairo and Alexandria that hire English and multilingual customer service representatives, usually with transport, medical insurance and paid training. These roles are on-site.
