About the role
Senior customer success role at DataSnipper for a former auditor who speaks Dutch, managing a portfolio of audit-firm accounts. It is based in Amsterdam with a hybrid model requiring at least three days per week in the office.
What you'll do
- Act as a credible audit advisor to audit managers and engagement leads
- Run onboarding and training aligned to audit workflows
- Monitor account health using product data and audit context
- Build audit-grounded success plans and milestones
- Communicate ROI in audit terms and run QBRs
- Identify expansion signals and support Sales with ROI cases
- Share audit workflow intelligence with Product, Sales, and Solutions Engineering
- Maintain accurate customer and portfolio data
What you'll need
- Direct experience in or alongside audit teams
- Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B SaaS experience
- Ability to design audit-specific onboarding and training
- Reliable independent portfolio execution
- Data-driven approach using product and health signals
- Clear communication across audit and CS/GTM contexts
- Professional fluency in English and Dutch
- Based in or able to work hybrid in Amsterdam
