Customer Success Manager — Japanese & Korean Speaking (Remote)

Dropbox is hiring a remote Customer Success Manager to own post-sale strategy and relationships for a portfolio of customers across Japan and Korea. The role focuses on product adoption, retention, renewals, technical engagement with IT administrators, and business value, requiring Japanese, Korean, and English.

• Build relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and technical administrators
• Own customer strategy across an assigned portfolio
• Engage IT administrators on product capabilities, security, configuration, and integrations
• Translate customer technical and business requirements into use cases and recommendations
• Lead product education, Success Business Reviews, and value-based renewal discussions
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams on account strategy and renewal risk
• Use customer feedback and product usage data to prioritize actions
• Represent the voice of the customer and contribute to playbooks

• 4+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, or similar
• Business and commercial acumen for future renewal ownership
• Technical aptitude and product curiosity
• Ability to manage a portfolio across Japan and Korea
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive self-starter able to navigate ambiguity
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Fluent Japanese and business-level Korean and English
