What you'll do
- Provide in-depth technical expertise and tailored post-sales content
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and webinars
- Cultivate client relationships as a trusted advisor and technical point of contact
- Drive adoption and implementation through discovery sessions and technical objection handling
- Work with product and engineering on actionable customer feedback
What you'll need
- Deep technical knowledge in cloud computing concepts and technologies, AWS preferred
- Deep experience with Docker/k8s/Rancher
- Comprehensive understanding of networking concepts and ability to debug
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and application development frameworks
- Relevant technical certifications or equivalent practical experience is a plus
- Knowledge of cloud development processes and local cloud development platforms
- Startup or scale-up experience is a plus
