About the role
TaskUs is hiring bilingual Danish/English content moderators in Thessaloniki, Greece, to review and score social media content against client policies. The role is full-time and includes wellness support, but requires fluent Danish and English and at least one year of operations or customer experience.
What you'll do
- Review videos, news stories, pictures, political ads, and social media profiles
- Score content on age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency
- Enforce client terms of use and content policies
- Monitor and handle reports of abuse
- Escalate changes that may impact performance or KPIs
- Attend wellness coaching and training sessions
- Adhere to security and confidentiality requirements
What you'll need
- Fluent in English and Danish
- Must be able to read and speak Danish and English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of operations experience in shared services or customer experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy
- Cultural awareness of political and social situations
