About the role
Technical support role for Varicent's SaaS and on-premises SPM products, handling SQL-based troubleshooting and customer cases on a 12-month maternity-leave contract. It is Romania-remote and pays an estimated annual base salary of 127,000–166,700 RON.
What you'll do
- Investigate and resolve customer-reported technical issues
- Communicate issue status, troubleshooting steps, and resolution plans
- Maintain accurate case documentation in CRM and support systems
- Escalate issues and collaborate with Product and Engineering
- Share product knowledge and best practices with customers
- Support service-level objectives and quality standards
- Participate in on-call and weekend support rotations
What you'll need
- 1+ years supporting software applications, SaaS platforms, or customer-facing technical environments
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL fundamentals
- Familiarity with client-server architecture and web-based troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Experience documenting troubleshooting activities and resolutions
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
