About the role
Content moderator role based in Thessaloniki, Greece, reviewing videos, images, news stories, political ads and social profiles against client policies. Requires Romanian and English fluency plus at least one year of operations or customer-experience experience; the posting notes exposure to graphic content and onsite wellness support.
What you'll do
- Review videos, news stories, pictures, political ads and social media profiles
- Score content for age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content and political transparency
- Apply client content policies consistently
- Monitor and handle reports of abuse
- Enforce client terms of use
- Escalate changes impacting performance or KPIs
- Attend training and wellness programs
- Adhere to security and confidentiality requirements
What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Romanian
- At least one year of operations experience in shared services or customer experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy
- Cultural awareness of political and social situations
- Ability to handle exposure to graphic or disturbing content
