Bilingual Turkish/English Customer Care Specialist (back office)

A back-office customer care role providing voice, chat and email support, requiring bilingual Turkish and English. It is based in Thessaloniki, Greece, and asks for 1-2 years of customer or technical support experience.

• Provide customer service on calls
• Assist customers through voice, chat and email
• Handle technical-based customer assistance

• Proven customer communication experience by email and phone
