Spanish Bilingual: Content Processing Specialist (Customer Service/Content Moderation) (Porto)

Remote social media content moderation and customer service role for a brand-protection agency, handling public comments, DMs and support cases in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Work is fully remote on a rotating 8-hour shift schedule, using a CRM and AI-assisted drafting tools.

• Respond to public comments in the right brand tone
• Manage DMs and private support conversations end-to-end
• Use a CRM to review customer history, track cases and document outcomes
• Handle account, login, subscription, billing, refund and cancellation requests
• Provide basic product guidance and technical triage, escalating when needed
• Use AI-assisted drafting tools and verify accuracy before sending
• Follow escalation paths for high-risk, sensitive and VIP issues
• Maintain consistent quality across shifts

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in social care, community management, CX support or digital customer service
• Fluent English, written and oral
• Near-native fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
• Comfort with billing, subscription, access and troubleshooting issues
• Good home working environment with stable internet
• Ability to work an 8-hour rotating shift
• General knowledge of social media platforms
