About the role
On-site help desk role providing IT support to end users at customer locations in the Mozelos area of Portugal. It covers hardware troubleshooting, OS imaging, network cabling, ticket management, and travel between customer sites.
What you'll do
- Provide on-site IT support to end users
- Travel between customer sites
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues
- Install and configure operating system images
- Support network infrastructure including rack and cabling tasks
- Install and maintain industrial IT equipment
- Resolve IT incidents and service requests
- Record and manage support tickets
What you'll need
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of computer networking
- Experience providing end-user IT support
- Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues
- Experience with PC and laptop deployment and imaging
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
