What you'll do
- Review videos, news stories, pictures, ads, and social media profiles
- Score content for age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency
- Apply client content policies consistently
- Enforce terms of use and monitor abuse reports
- Escalate issues affecting performance or KPIs
- Adhere to security and confidentiality requirements
- Participate in wellness programs and training
What you'll need
- Fluent in English and Turkish (read and speak)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of operations experience in shared services or customer experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Empathy
- Cultural awareness of political and social situations
- Ability to handle graphic or disturbing content
