About the role
Content moderation role reviewing social media content such as videos, images, ads, and profiles for policy compliance. Requires fluent Polish and English and is based in Thessaloniki, Greece, with exposure to graphic or disturbing material.
What you'll do
- Review videos, news stories, pictures, ads, and social media profiles
- Score content on age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency
- Enforce client terms of use and content policies
- Monitor reports of abuse on the site
- Execute content handling procedures consistently
- Escalate changes that may impact performance or KPIs
- Adhere to security and confidentiality requirements
- Participate in training and wellness programs
What you'll need
- Fluent in English and Polish
- At least one year of operations experience in shared services or customer experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy
- Cultural awareness of relevant market and region
- Ability to review graphic or disturbing content
