About the role
Customer Success Manager at DataGrail responsible for onboarding, adoption, and retention of enterprise privacy-platform customers. The role is remote but limited to US-based candidates and pays a $120,000–$140,000 OTE with equity and benefits.
What you'll do
- Own the customer journey from onboarding through retention
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects
- Drive platform adoption and customer value
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders
- Monitor customer health and identify churn risks
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Product, Support, and Sales
- Improve onboarding workflows and operational scalability
- Advocate for customer needs and share product feedback
What you'll need
- Experience in customer success, onboarding, implementation management, or customer-facing SaaS roles
- Understanding of privacy operations and data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
- Experience working with privacy platforms or related technologies
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders
- Clear communication skills with customer leadership teams
- Ability to identify customer risks and drive adoption
- Passion for customer success, privacy, and compliance challenges
