About the role

What you'll do
- Review videos, news stories, pictures, political ads, and social media profiles
- Score content for age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency
- Apply client content policy and terms of use
- Monitor and handle abuse reports
- Escalate issues affecting performance or KPIs
- Follow security and confidentiality requirements
- Participate in training and wellness programs
What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Persian, including reading and speaking
- At least one year of operations experience in shared services or customer experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Empathy
- Cultural awareness of political and social situations in the relevant market
