About the role
Boulevard is hiring a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to manage multi-location salon, spa, and medspa accounts remotely. The role focuses on retention, renewals, account health, and expansion, with a US-based salary of $92,000 per year plus variable compensation.
What you'll do
- Own customer relationships after onboarding
- Lead retention and contract renewals
- Run check-ins, business reviews, and account planning
- Build trusted relationships with account stakeholders
- Advocate for customers with product and cross-functional teams
- Drive product adoption, upsell, and cross-sell
- Support newer CSMs on complex account situations
What you'll need
- 3+ years managing a Mid-Market book of business
- Proven success in retention, renewals, and relationship management
- Experience managing complex, multi-location accounts independently
- Strong business acumen and risk assessment
- Clear, empathetic communication and EQ
- Comfort with competing priorities and evolving processes
- Growth mindset and data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
