About the role
A remote support role for Porch Group's FlexFund, handling client inquiries, order workflows, and data accuracy. It requires full overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours and is based in India with annual pay in INR.
What you'll do
- Address client inquiries and guide them through processes
- Analyze requests and determine appropriate solutions
- Manage order workflows from creation to completion
- Ensure order detail accuracy across internal systems

- Communicate with clients and internal teams on order concerns

- 1+ year customer service or technical support experience preferred
