Content Moderator Advisor (Bilingual: Spanish/English) ‑ Amman

Content moderator role in Amman, Jordan, reviewing images, videos, accounts and text for policy violations, including highly sensitive and explicit material. It is an office-based job with rotating shifts across weekends and public holidays, and requires fluent Spanish plus at least B1 English.

• Evaluate online content against client policies and procedures
• Review flagged accounts for potentially sensitive content and policy violations
• Visually review images, videos, accounts and text-based content
• Escalate policy violations using internal tools
• Maintain high quality on each case
• Meet monthly KPIs including productivity

• 0-2 years relevant experience, preferably customer service or call center
• Bachelor or Diploma degree in a related field
• English at B1 level (basic to intermediate)
• Fluent written and verbal Spanish
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with customer service platforms and tools
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Work from office in Amman, Jordan
