About the role
Developer support for Supabase on a permanent weekend pattern: four 10-hour shifts, Friday to Monday, 08:00–18:00 UTC. Supabase is looking primarily in Europe, Africa and Middle East time zones, which suits Egypt; 3+ years of developer support and strong SQL needed.
What you'll do
- Respond to support cases from billing to implementation questions
- Triage cases and point users to docs, examples or the right team
- Monitor GitHub Issues and Discussions
- Reproduce issues and create test cases
- Cover weekend support for EMEA
What you'll need
- 3+ years of developer support for technical customers
- Strong SQL, ideally PostgreSQL
- Excellent written English
- Comfortable with Linux and the command line
- Available for four 10-hour shifts, Friday–Monday
