About the role
Content moderator reviewing and scoring social media content such as videos, images, ads and profiles against client policies. Requires fluency in Italian and English plus at least one year of operations or customer-experience experience; the listed location is Thessaloniki, Greece.
What you'll do
- Review videos, news stories, pictures, political ads and social media profiles
- Score content on age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content and political transparency
- Enforce client terms of use and content policies
- Monitor reports of abuse
- Escalate changes that may impact performance or KPIs
- Attend wellness coaching and wellness groups
- Complete policy and handling training
- Adhere to security and confidentiality requirements
What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Italian
- At least one year of operations experience in shared services or customer experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy
- Cultural awareness of political and social situations
- Ability to handle disturbing content
