Safety Investigations Specialist II (Community Operations)

• Support riders, drivers and couriers during critical safety moments
• Document evidence and categorize incidents using knowledge bases and contact systems
• Triage a high-volume queue of sensitive, urgent incidents and assign cases
• Investigate critical L3-L4 incidents across multiple platforms
• Take decisive action on accounts to secure them
• Escalate patterns affecting safety at scale
• Provide real-time technical support to agents and deliver training updates

• At least 6 months of customer support experience handling sensitive issues
• General computer proficiency across multiple digital tools
• Strong EQ and emotional regulation
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work at least 50% of time in office unless approved for full remote
