Banking Support Associate (Portmore)

A full-time banking customer service role in Portmore, Jamaica, handling inbound calls about accounts, payments, and banking products. It requires onsite training and work plus flexible shift availability, and offers paid training and health and life insurance.

• Answer inbound calls from banking consumers
• Respond to inquiries about banking and account issues
• Process payments
• Perform general account maintenance
• Assess customer needs and guide customers
• Provide service in a professional and expedient manner
• Up-sell customers to new products or services when encouraged

• Must be 18 years and older
• CXC/GCE subjects including English or U.S. high school diploma/GED
• Valid government-issued ID, TRN, and NIS card
• Pass criminal background check and drug test as needed
• Flexible availability for any day and assigned shift, including weekends and holidays
• Able to train and/or work onsite
• Customer service experience preferred
• Basic Microsoft Office and keyboarding skills
