About the role
Foundever is hiring Dutch-speaking customer advisors for its Cairo site to handle customer enquiries across chat, email and voice to client standards. The role offers fully paid training and a multicultural office environment, and requires C1-level English.
What you'll do
- Answer all customer enquiries to client standard within agreed time frames
- Follow company standards and use dedicated systems
- Learn the client's brand and specifics to serve customers better
- Take ownership of assigned duties and department objectives
- Develop own skills and knowledge within the department
What you'll need
- Advanced English level (C1)
- Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills
- Self-organized with planning and prioritization skills
- Dependable, reliable, able to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to interact positively with peers and supervisors
- Patience, empathy and ability to manage stress
- Confidence when imparting information or dealing with troubled callers
