About the role
A senior people-management role leading Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers for UiPath's Federal Civilian accounts. It focuses on portfolio performance, renewals, adoption, cross-functional partnership, and operational rigor, and requires US work authorization.
What you'll do
- Lead Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers
- Own portfolio performance: renewals, expansion, adoption, health
- Reduce systematic risk across the customer lifecycle
- Partner with Sales, Product, and GTM teams
- Build and scale high-performing teams
- Coach and mentor team members
- Drive operational rigor and standards
- Own success for marquee accounts
What you'll need
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Formal people management and team leadership experience
- Track record in renewals, saves, and adoption
- Experience with deal construction and commercial activity
- Cross-functional influence across Sales, Product, GTM
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, mentorship skills
