About the role
Content moderator reviewing and scoring digital content such as videos, images, ads, and social media profiles against client policies. Requires fluency in English and Kurdish plus at least one year of operations or customer experience, and is based in Thessaloniki, Greece, with exposure to graphic content and wellness support.
What you'll do
- Review content such as videos, news stories, pictures, political ads, and social media profiles
- Score content for age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency
- Enforce client terms of use and content policies
- Monitor and handle reports of abuse
- Escalate changes that may impact performance or KPIs
- Adhere to security and confidentiality requirements
- Participate in training and wellness programs
What you'll need
- Fluent in English and Kurdish
- At least one year of operations experience in shared services or customer experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy
- Cultural awareness of political and social situations
