About the role
Written sales and support for Worldpackers' creator-led group trips: run WhatsApp communities of up to 1,000+ travelers during 5-day launches, answer questions on pricing and logistics, and follow up with leads in HubSpot. Worldwide and fully remote; outstanding written English.
What you'll do
- Run WhatsApp traveler communities during 5-day launch campaigns
- Answer questions about pricing, destinations, payment plans and logistics
- Follow up by WhatsApp and email with interested travelers
- Keep every lead current in HubSpot
- Report daily engagement to the account executive and creator
What you'll need
- Outstanding written English: warm, fast and human
- Experience in community management, customer engagement, hospitality or sales
- Experience managing group chats at scale
- HubSpot or CRM experience is a plus
- Spanish or Portuguese is a nice-to-have, not required
