About the role
Opus is hiring four remote Support and Content Specialists to provide phone, chat, and email support for its behavioral health SaaS platform. The role pays $5–$6/hour, involves escalations, onboarding, and data migration, and offers quarterly bonuses plus upsell commission.
What you'll do
- Serve as SME for Opus products
- Own and manage escalations
- Drive tickets to completion within SLAs
- Assist clients via phone, chat, and email
- Support onboarding activities
- Participate in data migration
- Assist with upsell opportunities
- Contribute to special initiatives
What you'll need
- Highly accountable and proactive
- Comfortable supporting SaaS clients in real time
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in healthcare technology and behavioral health
- Customer support or helpdesk experience preferred
- SaaS onboarding experience preferred
- EHR/healthcare or RCM experience preferred
