About the role
Slovak-speaking technical support role for a large consumer electronics and software company, handling calls, emails, and mobile-device troubleshooting. The job is remote but based in Greece and includes relocation support, while requiring EU citizenship and relocation to Greece.
What you'll do
- First point of contact for Slovak-speaking customers
- Identify and assess customer needs
- Provide software troubleshooting for mobile devices
- Assist with account and password management
- Resolve online store post-sales requests
- Manage incoming calls and emails
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
What you'll need
- Fluency in written and spoken Slovak
- C1 English
- Technical skills
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS preferred
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Willingness to provide exceptional customer experience
- Relocation to Greece
- EU citizenship
