About the role
Content moderator reviewing user-generated content for a social media client, applying policy and scoring items such as violence, sexual content, and political transparency. Requires fluency in Russian and English and comfort working with graphic or disturbing material.
What you'll do
- Review videos, news stories, pictures, political ads, and social media profiles
- Score content for age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency
- Meet service level agreements and key performance metrics
- Apply content policy and execute handling procedures consistently
- Escalate changes impacting performance or KPIs
- Attend mandated trainings and seminars
- Comply with TaskUs policies and procedures
What you'll need
- Fluent in Russian, including reading and writing
- Fluent in English, including reading and writing
- At least a high school graduate
- Computer literate and proficient in Windows OS, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
- Familiar with customer support software such as Zendesk, Slack, and troubleshooting tools
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Adaptable and flexible with process and information changes
- Resilient, calm, and professional with challenging situations
