About the role
Selling Partner Support Associate supporting Amazon sellers and vendors via phone, email and chat. Requires fluent Arabic and English, prior multinational call-center experience, and a valid PWD ID card from Egypt's Ministry of Health.
What you'll do
- Support Selling Partners via phone, email and chat
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats
- Identify needs, research issues and provide solutions
- Build sustainable customer relationships
- Meet KPIs such as quality, resolution rate and transfer rate
- Collaborate with resolver groups and account managers
- Document interactions per standard operating procedures
- Troubleshoot and provide product guidance
What you'll need
- Valid PWD ID Card from Ministry of Health
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years equivalent experience
- Fluent Arabic and English
- 2 years customer service in a multinational call center
- MS Office proficiency
- Excel or spreadsheet proficiency
- Military exemption/completion/3 years postpone
- Flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays
