A full-time bilingual customer service role for a music streaming account, handling subscriptions, account registration, cancellations, and customer inquiries in English and Bahasa Indonesia. • Manage subscriptions
• Assist with account registration
• Handle cancellation requests
• Provide bilingual customer support across live and non-live channels
• Handle email, chat, and calls using provided tools
• Resolve customer issues and maintain rapport
• Accurately capture required information in tools
• Report call/chat/email activity to supervisor or lead

• At least 2 years in college or High School Graduate with relevant work experience
• Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of computers
• Good customer service and problem solving skills
