Porkbun, a fully remote domain registrar, is hiring full-time technical support representatives who handle live phone, chat, and email support on domains, DNS, and hosting issues. Pay is $45,000–$55,000 a year, and the job requires Saturday and Sunday availability on a 9 AM–5 PM Pacific shift, with applicants restricted to the US.
What you'll do
- Answer phones and chats as primary priority
- Provide live support via phone, chat, and email
- Diagnose technical issues
- Resolve domain, DNS, and hosting questions
- Handle stressed or upset customers
- Work Saturday and Sunday shifts
What you'll need
