What you'll do
- Debug and troubleshoot Sonatype product incidents
- Reproduce defects and file actionable engineering issues
- Replicate customer deployment environments for testing
- Respond to customer inquiries via support cases, email, chat, and phone
- Escalate customer experiences to management
- Maintain the Knowledge Base
- Contribute to diagnostic tools and utilities
- Represent Technical Support in engineering and product discussions
What you'll need
- 3+ years supporting enterprise software
- Read and understand Java code
- REST API experience
- Linux CLI and scripting (Python, Bash, TypeScript)
- SQL databases (PostgreSQL a plus)
- Networking (HTTP, TLS/SSL, proxies)
- Cloud platforms and containers (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes)
- Solid English proficiency and communication
