About the role
A remote client support role for RynohEscheat Pro, handling escheat due diligence, compliance reviews, state NAUPA filings, and client/payee communications. It is a Colombia-based full-time position employed through RemoFirst, with a monthly salary of COP 2,300,000.
What you'll do
- Set up RynohEscheat Pro clients in Rynoh
- Perform daily escheat due diligence tasks
- Respond to payee requests and update transactions
- Conduct quarterly compliance review and database maintenance
- File state NAUPA reports as assigned
- Troubleshoot and correct escheat module errors
- Maintain awareness of RynohLive software functions
What you'll need
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of client support experience
- Strong computer and software troubleshooting skills
- Self-starter able to work with little supervision
- Ability to multi-task and manage workload
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage own schedule
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Microsoft Office experience
