About the role
Power Digital Marketing is hiring an IT Helpdesk Analyst based in the Medellín area to manage IT support tickets and assist team members with system access and laptop inventory. The role also includes security audits, technical documentation, and support for tools such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and LastPass.
What you'll do
- Track IT requests in the ticketing system
- Support Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and LastPass
- Perform IT system maintenance and updates
- Manage laptop configuration and shipping for users in Colombia
- Document IT procedures and resolutions
- Improve the internal AI chatbot with common IT queries
- Contribute to cybersecurity compliance and audits
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or related role
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and LastPass
- Okta experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of IT principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- B2 English level or higher
