Content Moderation ‑ Bilingual French/English

Content moderation role for bilingual French/English speakers at TaskUs in Thessaloniki, Greece. It involves reviewing and scoring social media content against client policies, with wellness support because some content is graphic or disturbing.

• Review content such as videos, news stories, pictures, political ads, and social media profiles
• Score content on age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency
• Apply content policy and execute handling procedures consistently
• Enforce client terms of use by monitoring reports of abuse
• Escalate changes that may impact performance or KPIs
• Adhere to security measures, confidentiality, and project requirements
• Participate in training and program reporting initiatives
• Attend wellness coaching sessions and wellness groups

• At least one year prior operations experience in shared services or customer experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English and French; able to read and speak both
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Empathy
• Cultural awareness of political and social situations in the supported market
• Ability to handle exposure to graphic or disturbing content
