About the role
Sutherland is hiring full-time, on-site customer service representatives in New Cairo for telecom technical support and TV streaming customer service accounts. It offers up to 20,800–21,500 EGP monthly including KPIs, plus night-shift allowance, transportation, wellness support, and promotion eligibility after six months.
What you'll do
- Provide customer service for a TV streaming service
- Provide technical support for a telecom account
- Communicate with customers in English
What you'll need
- Graduates and dropouts welcome
- English proficiency B2/B2+/C1
- Previous experience is a plus
- Military papers required for males
- On-site work in New Cairo
