Carmona: Hiring Consultant ‑ Customer Service

Sutherland is hiring a Customer Service Consultant in Carmona, Philippines, to handle inbound calls, answer product and service questions, process payments, and maintain customer accounts. The role is full-time and requires a high school diploma or GED plus strong communication and basic computer skills.

• Answer inbound calls

• Prior customer service experience preferred

Sutherland works with global brands on AI, automation, cloud and customer experience operations. In Egypt it runs large contact centers in Cairo and Alexandria that hire English and multilingual customer service representatives, usually with transport, medical insurance and paid training. These roles are on-site.
