About the role
Part-time contract community moderator for Udacity scholarship forums, handling guideline violations and non-technical student support. Requires living in the USA or Canada and monitoring the forum daily, including weekends.
What you'll do
- Monitor forum daily including weekends
- Handle violation posts and enforce community guidelines
- Provide non-technical student support
- Maintain the online community platform
- Support forum activities
- Brainstorm engagement ideas with Community Manager
- Attend online meetings with Udacity representatives
- Prepare performance summaries when requested
What you'll need
- Reside in USA or Canada
