About the role
Technical Account Manager supporting EDB’s largest Postgres and AI customers as a post-sales technical advisor. Requires deep relational database, cloud, and Kubernetes expertise and is open only to candidates in the United States.
What you'll do
- Build post-sales relationships with large customers
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor
- Guide Postgres strategy and deployment
- Provide architecture guidance and project management
- Answer technical questions and troubleshoot issues
- Document best practices
- Provide product feedback to product management
- Travel up to 25%
What you'll need
- 5+ years hands-on database experience
- Advanced technical skills in data platforms and cloud
- Knowledge of data analytics and AI/ML
- Kubernetes experience
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Understanding of strategic sales process
- Excellent CxO communication skills
- Bachelor's/Master's in IT/CS preferred
