What you'll do
- Investigate complex animal and person safety incidents
- Manage high-severity customer contacts
- Handle escalated customer contacts
- Educate users on safety and security
- Respond to support calls, emails, and SMS messages
- Assess and route active incidents
- Conduct safety reviews and platform removal decisions
- Investigate complex veterinary claims
What you'll need
- 2+ years Trust and Safety or similar experience
- 1+ year customer-facing de-escalation or crisis response
- Strong English communication
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Accurate typing while speaking
- Familiarity with ZenDesk, GSuite, CRM, telephony
- German fluency
- French fluency
