About the role
A full-time client success operations role supporting B2B campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and troubleshooting in Salesforce and spreadsheets. It is based in the Philippines, works US Eastern business hours, and pays ₱37,500–₱46,000 per month.
What you'll do
- Set up and maintain client programs in Salesforce
- Monitor active programs and track deliverables
- Troubleshoot campaign setup and delivery issues
- Prepare campaign reports and check data accuracy
- Coordinate internal handoffs and follow up on open items
- Review leads and campaign elements against requirements
- Maintain campaign records and process documentation
- Identify recurring issues and suggest workflow improvements
What you'll need
