About the role
Sutherland in Cairo is hiring Customer Service Representatives to handle customer inquiries and deliver good customer experiences. The role is on-site in Fifth Settlement with rotational night/overnight shifts, paid training, and a salary starting at 15.6k up to 22K.
What you'll do
- Provide excellent customer experiences
- Help customers and resolve their issues
What you'll need
- University graduates or dropouts
- English level B1+ / B2 / B2+ / C1
- Good communication and customer service skills is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in Fifth Settlement, Cairo
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night/overnight
