Italian Customer Service Representative

Italian-speaking customer service role handling inbound calls, resolving customer issues, and making follow-up outbound calls for Teleperformance in Cairo, Egypt. It is an on-site full-time position with no prior experience required and requires excellent Italian plus basic computer and typing skills.

• Handle inbound calls to department standards
• Provide expert advice and accurate information
• Resolve customer issues and escalate only when needed
• Document all cases clearly
• Meet client schedule adherence goals
• Make outbound follow-up calls
• Use multiple applications during calls

• University graduate or equivalent degree
• College dropouts: high school graduate or university dropout for at least one year
• No particular experience required
• Excellent command of Italian
• Ability to use computers and internet applications
• Typing speed minimum 20 WPM and 80% accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Flexibility and adaptability to working conditions and hours
