About the role
Booking Agent at a global travel technology company, confirming hotel bookings by calling hotels and recording confirmation numbers accurately. Entry-level full-time role based in Casablanca with a 24/7 rotating schedule and strong English required.
What you'll do
- Call hotels to obtain hotel confirmation numbers
- Record each confirmation accurately in the system
- Work through a high volume of bookings and prioritize urgent ones
- Update tickets clearly so the team knows booking status
- Flag problems or missing information to the right person
- Complete assigned bookings accurately and on time
What you'll need
- Communicate confidently and clearly in English, spoken and written
- Some previous professional experience
- Express yourself in a clear, structured way
- Comfortable making frequent outbound calls and doing accurate data entry
- Stay focused and organized during repetitive, high-volume work
- Prioritize urgent tasks
- Take ownership of work and complete it properly
- Comfortable learning new systems and working with several tools
