About the role
Tele-sales support role with Maxim Investment Group, handling Arabic- and French-speaking customers by phone and chat, qualifying leads and coordinating follow-ups with the sales team. It is an on-site position in Cairo, Egypt, requiring fluent Arabic plus French at B2 or above and 1–3 years of call center or sales support experience.
What you'll do
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up with potential customers
- Communicate with Arabic- and French-speaking customers by phone, chat and other channels
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Record customer interactions, follow-ups and lead status
- Coordinate with the sales team on timely lead follow-up
- Escalate complex customer issues to the relevant team
- Support daily and monthly operational and sales objectives
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1–3 years in tele-sales, sales support, customer service or call center
- Fluent Arabic
- French level B2 or above
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
