About the role
Tele-sales support role handling Arabic- and Italian-speaking customer inquiries by phone, chat, and other channels. Based on-site in Cairo, it requires fluent Arabic, Italian B2 or above, and 1–3 years of relevant sales support or call center experience.
What you'll do
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up with potential customers
- Communicate with Arabic- and Italian-speaking customers by phone/chat
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Handle customer requests, questions, and basic concerns
- Maintain records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status
- Coordinate with the sales team on timely follow-up
- Escalate complex customer issues
- Support daily and monthly operational and sales objectives
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1–3 years in tele-sales, sales support, customer service, or call center
- Fluent Arabic
- Italian B2 or above
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Customer-handling and interpersonal skills
- Basic CRM and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Organized, proactive, and customer-oriented
