About the role
A remote customer service role supporting an Australian digital healthcare platform, handling live chat, email, inbound tickets and callback requests. It is open only to candidates based in the Philippines and pays a fixed monthly salary in PHP with HMO and leave benefits.
What you'll do
- Respond to and solve inbound customer tickets, emails, live chats and outbound calls
- Respond to call-back requests
- Support proactive customer campaigns such as surveys and product launches
- Communicate with pharmacies on queries or issues
- Assist internal stakeholders with customer service tasks
What you'll need
- 3+ years in a customer service environment
- Strong English verbal and written skills
- Strong technology skills and ability to learn multiple systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience problem solving with customers
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Healthcare or Australian company experience is advantageous
