About the role
Cloudbeds is hiring a remote Website Onboarding Specialist/Website Designer to build hospitality websites and manage customer onboarding projects. The role is open to LATAM applicants, requires English and Spanish fluency, and runs 10am–7pm UTC.
What you'll do
- Create hospitality websites using an in-house website builder
- Manage website onboarding projects and delivery timelines
- Communicate with customers via video calls, email, and voice calls
- Investigate website errors and support issues
- Coordinate internal escalations and teams
- Onboard customers and publish quality websites
- Create visual elements with graphic design tools
- Handle customer complaints and suggest service improvements
What you'll need
- 1+ years website design/development preferred
- 1+ years HTML/CSS preferred
- Adobe Photoshop and Canva preferred
- CMS experience (WordPress, Drupal, Duda) preferred
- Customer service or professional services onboarding background
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Excellent internet/wifi connection
- Authorized to work in LATAM without sponsorship
