About the role
Remote customer support role for a global BPO serving a UK telecom operator, open to candidates with no previous experience. The job is 100% home-based but only for people located anywhere in Bulgaria with Bulgarian/EU citizenship or local residency and a work permit.
What you'll do
- Handle all aspects of customer care courteously and professionally
- Respond to partners' queries and provide timely resolutions
- Project a professional company image through phone interaction
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
What you'll need
- Excellent command of English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Empathy and ability to understand customer needs
- Ability to work on shifts
- Positive attitude and motivation
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
