What you'll do
- Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs
- Generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline
- Track interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Build rapport with parents and guardians
- Recommend best-fit programs based on customer needs
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets
